Selection process will consist of Online Examination and Interview.
Online Examination
Online exam will be of objective type and will be conducted in English language only. The total duration will be 120 minutes. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer, while no penalty will be applied for unanswered questions. Scores will be normalized across sessions if conducted in multiple shifts.

The examination will be conducted at various centres across states and union territories as specified.
Interview
Candidates who will secure sufficiently high marks in the online examination, based on merit and number of vacancies, will be shortlisted for the interview. Final selection will be based on the combined marks obtained in the online examination and interview. The final merit list will be prepared strictly on the basis of merit ranking, subject to qualifying in the interview, and being medically fit.
Fee Structure :
Application fee is Rs 800, for candidates of all categories. It is to be paid online.
How to Apply :
The application process for Junior Assistant will be completed online by following these steps carefully:
- On the designated portal, Click on “New Registration” and enter basic details such as name, mobile number, and email ID. A registration number and password will be generated and sent for future login.
- Fill the complete application form with personal, educational, and other required details. Use the “Save and Next” option to review entries and make corrections before final submission. No changes will be allowed after final submission.
- Keep the following scanned documents ready as per required specifications:
- Photograph:
- Recent passport size color photo with light background
- Dimensions: 200 × 230 pixels
- Size: 20 KB – 50 KB
- Signature:
- On white paper with black ink
- Dimensions: 140 × 60 pixels
- Size: 10 KB – 20 KB
- Left Thumb Impression:
- On white paper with black/blue ink
- Dimensions: 240 × 240 pixels
- Size: 20 KB – 50 KB
- Handwritten Declaration:
- On white paper with black ink, written by candidate in English only
- Text to be written exactly as:
- “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
- Dimensions: 800 × 400 pixels
- Size: 50 KB – 100 KB
- Photograph:
- Upload all documents in the correct format and ensure images are clear and properly placed. Incorrect uploads may lead to rejection.
- Preview the complete application form and verify all details carefully before clicking on Complete Registration.
- Proceed to payment and pay the application fee of ₹800 + applicable GST through online mode (debit card, credit card, internet banking, IMPS, wallet, etc.).
- After successful payment, an e-receipt will be generated. If the receipt is not generated, the payment will be considered failed and the process should be repeated.
- Submit the application form and take a printout of the final submitted form and e-receipt for future use.
- There will be no need to send the printed application form to LIC Housing Finance Limited at this stage. It will be kept safely for use during later stages of recruitment.
- The application process will remain open until 30-04-2026.
